1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PLUSH ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

PLUSH provides OnlyFans account management services, including but not limited to:

• Account setup and optimization
• Fan messaging and engagement
• Content scheduling and strategy
• Marketing and promotion
• Revenue optimization

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator working with PLUSH, you agree to:

• Create and provide original content that you own or have rights to
• Maintain exclusive partnership with PLUSH during the agreement term
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Follow content guidelines and quality standards
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Revenue and Payments

Revenue sharing and payment terms will be outlined in your individual Creator Agreement. Generally:

• Payments are processed bi-weekly
• Revenue splits are defined in your contract
• All payments are subject to platform processing times
• Tax documentation may be required

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using our services, you grant PLUSH a license to use, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of managing and growing your OnlyFans account as outlined in your Creator Agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information, earnings data, and content are treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement according to the terms specified in your Creator Agreement. Upon termination:

• All pending payments will be processed
• Account access will be transferred back to you
• Confidentiality obligations will continue

9. Limitation of Liability

PLUSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
